Please read the following Terms of Use (the "Agreement") carefully before using this Site so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to Aryon Security Ltd. ("Aryon Security", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering a legal agreement with us and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference (the date of such acceptance, the "Effective Date"). If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (collectively, "Company"), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Company to this Agreement. In such a case, the terms "you" and "your" will refer to both you as an individual and the Company. 1. MODIFICATION

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications will be effective ten (10) days following posting of the revised Agreement on the Site, and your continued use of the Site thereafter means that you accept those modifications. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through the Site or other means.

2. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS

The Site is only intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not visit or use the Site.

3. SITE ACCESS

For as long as this Agreement is in effect, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Site solely for your personal and non-commercial use, provided you comply with this Agreement.

4. RESTRICTIONS

As a condition of your right to access and use the Site, you shall not:

  • Copy or reproduce the Site;
  • Sell, lease, lend, distribute, or make available the Site to third parties;
  • Modify, alter, adapt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Site;
  • Circumvent or interfere with security-related or technical features of the Site;
  • Use the Site for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes;
  • Use the Site in a manner that infringes or violates third-party rights;
  • Overload or interfere with the integrity of the Site.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain services, you may need to create an account ("Account"). You agree not to create an Account for anyone else or use another person’s Account without permission. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and must notify Aryon Security of any breach or unauthorized use.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Site, content, trademarks, and proprietary information are owned by Aryon Security or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any rights in or to the Site.

7. DISCLAIMERS

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ARYON SECURITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
